These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GPH website and the purchase of GPH wedding couture and related services offered by GPH Industries Private Limited (“GPH”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
GPH collections are handcrafted couture. Descriptions, colours, embroidery, and prices shown on the site are provided in good faith. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in stitch, mirror work, and tone are part of the work and do not constitute a defect.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without notice until an order is confirmed by a GPH Client Advisor. We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, if details cannot be confirmed, or if we suspect misuse of the site.
Submitting checkout details is a request to purchase. A Client Advisor will contact you to confirm the piece, measurements where required, delivery, and payment. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. Made-to-order couture is charged at the time of shipment unless your confirmation states otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and measurement details. Delays caused by incomplete information are outside our control.
You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy our photographs, embroidery designs, or product text for commercial use, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information through our forms.
The GPH name, logo, campaign imagery, and couture designs are owned by GPH Industries Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a right to use them except to view and purchase as a customer.
The site is provided as available. We are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability, or from events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page or by calling Client Services at +91 9636298525, Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 10 PM IST and Sunday from 10 AM to 9 PM IST.
