GPH wedding couture is handcrafted. Shipping times depend on the piece and are confirmed by a Client Advisor when your order is accepted. This policy describes how GPH Industries Private Limited delivers confirmed orders.
We ship confirmed orders across India. International delivery can be arranged on request and is quoted separately, including any duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are payable by you.
A made-to-order piece is dispatched after it is completed and checked. Your Client Advisor will give you the expected making time and dispatch window at confirmation. Those dates can move if measurements, approvals, or fabric are outstanding, or if events outside our control affect the atelier or the courier.
Once the piece has shipped, we email a tracking reference where the courier provides one.
Shipping within India is complimentary on confirmed couture orders unless your order confirmation states a charge. You are charged for the piece at the time of shipment unless the confirmation says otherwise.
Please give a complete address and a phone number where you can be reached. If a courier cannot deliver because the address or contact details are incorrect, or because the shipment is refused, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Extra courier charges for a second delivery or a return to us may be billed to you.
Risk in the piece passes to you when the courier records delivery at the address you provided. Inspect the parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days if it is damaged or does not match the confirmed order, as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
